Granada Elementary School invites all students to participate in College Wear Spirit Day on April 17, 2026. Students are encouraged to wear their favorite college shirts or jerseys to show their school spirit. This day also coincides with 5th Grade Panoramic Picture Day, making it a fun and memorable event for everyone!

Granada Elementary is hosting a Spring Break fundraiser from March 27 through April 5. Families can enjoy a sweet treat at Menchie’s while supporting the school—simply mention Granada Elementary at checkout to receive 20% off your purchase, with an additional 20% donated back to the school. The offer is valid at Menchie’s Granada Hills and Mission Hills locations and can be used multiple times during the fundraiser period.

Extended School Year (ESY) services are designed to support students with disabilities who require continued instruction beyond the regular academic year to maintain critical skills and prevent regression. ESY is not intended to teach new skills but to sustain progress on existing IEP goals. Eligibility is determined annually by the IEP team based on individual student needs. LAUSD’s ESY programs offer tailored instruction, related services, and transportation as needed, ensuring students continue to thrive during summer months.
